I wandered lonely as a cloud poem

I wandered lonely as a cloud poem
by William Wordsworth

Paraphrase:
The poet describes the beauty of daffodils (yellow flowers) and how he is moved by the beautiful scene.
The poem consists of 4 stanzas
In the first stanza he said he was moving alone when he saw some daffodils dancing.
In the second stanza he said that the daffodils stretched on the lake like stars in the sky.
In the third stanza he said that the water was dancing but the daffodils was happier and lovelier so he was happy. In the last stanza he said that when he feels sad he remembers the daffodils so he feels happy.
The commentary:
1 the rhyme scheme is aa –bb-cc-dd of 4 stanzas. The rhyme scheme is ab –ab-cc-
2-the poet spoke about himself besides the daffodils as he spoke about the nature and his relation to it .
3- There 's a contrast in the first stanza as the poet said he was alone the suddenly he saw some daffodils .
4- In the second and the third stanzas he described the beauty of daffodils with stars and waves .
5-we can see personification because the poet pictured the daffodils as people dancing and feeling happy.
